How does delivery work?
We operate online, and our delivery charges are based on Lalamove rates. We also offer self-collection, but payment must be made in advance. Self-collection is available from 9:30 AM to 11:00 PM.
What are your operating hours?
We are open 24/7. However, please note that for midnight orders, we only deliver in sets of 3 tanks or 6 tanks.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, we offer free delivery for orders of 6 tanks and above. For orders below 6 tanks, delivery charges will be based on Lalamove rates.
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
Absolutely! We offer discounts for bulk orders of more than 200 tanks. Our current promotion is "Buy 12, Get 1 Free."
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including:

What is your return/refund policy?
Refunds for tanks must be requested at the time of delivery. The tank must weigh at least 1.85kg, as we regularly weigh our tanks to ensure each one is at least 1.95kg before delivery.
